Road trip! 🚗 Our 1901 North Moore Street project team crossed the Potomac to check out CBG’s latest office-to-hotel conversion, 31st Street Hotel. Accompanied by 1901's architect, Shalom Baranes Associates, all got a sneak peek at this soon-to-be Georgetown gem for travelers alike. Scheduled for completion in May 2025, this boutique hotel will offer 106 guest rooms and 11 unique suites. The 6,000 square feet of common areas will encompass a restaurant and lounge, fitness center, and meeting spaces—all just steps from the Georgetown waterfront. Stay tuned for more updates as we watch this seven-story hotel come to life! 🏨✨

Initial site work is underway at Port Malabar! 🌴🌅 🌊 Overlooking the Atlantic ocean, the 318-unit community will comprise two five-story structures and three individual three-story carriage buildings with tuck-under, surface parking. Port Malabar will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units as well as an integrated amenity space including a fitness center, dog wash station, outdoor pool, and two-story sky lounge plus 18,000 square feet of retail. #cbgbuilds Woodfield Development Charlan Brock Architects

Exciting updates from our Pennsylvania and California intern teams! 🏗️👷♀️👷♂️ In PA, our interns are gaining hands-on experience at the JAG Fort Washington, Bala East End, and Atlee Square jobsites while learning more about our subcontractors. Over on the West Coast, our CA interns are getting River Trail Village at Napa Valley College ready for the upcoming school year and supporting renovations at our 12,500-home San Diego Family Housing community. Beating the heat! ☀️ Our Safety Department recently led a Heat Illness Awareness, Prevention, and Response lunch-and-learn training for all our Atlanta jobsites in an effort to keep field staff and subcontractors safe during these sweltering summer months. In tandem, CBG Safety sponsored ABC Of Georgia's June Safety Forum, where OSHA Compliance Assistance Specialist, Robin Bennett, presented on Heat Illness Prevention while Milwaukee-Tool provided a demonstration on heat-protective safety equipment. Thanks to CBG Safety and @ABC Of Georgia for facilitating these events to keep all employees safe and healthy!

We're excited to announce the completion of The Current in Pomona, California. 🏠✨ The mixed-use student housing community is located near @Cal-Poly-Pomona, offering floor plans ranging from studio to five-bedroom units. Students can enjoy amenities that include study spaces, a fitness center, a clubhouse, courtyards, and an outdoor pool.
