Fonder-Salari is proud to announce our newest partnership with the SantaMonica-Malibu Unified School District, by being selected to the District's Construction Management (CM) Pool and even more thrilled to announce that Fonder-Salari has been selected to manage the District's Grant Elementary School - Early Education Building, Library Modernization and New Classroom Building. Building on our new partnership with SMMUSD, we are incredibly excited to join forces with Massetti Consulting, LLC, Erickson-Hall Construction Co., and Johnson Favaro as project partners on this endeavor. We are honored to be entrusted with overseeing the work to improve this great school campus for current and future learners, and excited to bring Fonder-Salari’s high levels of professionalism and reputation to the table. #fondersalari #excitingnews #constructionmanagement #smmusd

Thank you to everyone who contributed to Erickson Hall’s Riverside office toy drive this year! Another amazing success! And thank you to the elves who helped to get all of these donations wrapped! All contributions this year are for the 21 adopted families, thru Angels Over Cliffs and Corona Norco United Way.

Yesterday the Erickson-Hall Team broke ground on a new conference center and administrative building for the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) in Indio. This new facility will significantly expand RCOE’s capacity to serve the community, adding a state-of-the-art conference center equipped with skyfold walls, new office spaces, increased parking capacity, a warehouse and more. “We are excited to begin construction on this functional and modern conference center that will benefit students and educators of the Greater Coachella Valley for generations to come,” said Riverside County Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Edwin Gomez. “From student competitions and professional development trainings to regional conferences and partnership events with the community, this facility will serve as a beacon of commitment to the transformative power of education.” The project is slated for completion in April 2026 and marks a major milestone in RCOE’s ongoing efforts to provide modern, efficient spaces for not only day-to-day administrative operations but community collaboration. The new facility will serve as an education hub for the region, reinforcing RCOE’s mission to ensure high-quality education opportunities for all students in Riverside County. Erickson-Hall takes pride in the partnership with RCOE and the significance of this project. We are honored to work with the Riverside County Office of Education on this transformative development. This facility will not only enhance the administrative capabilities of RCOE but also provide a vital resource for the entire community. Thank you to all who were in attendance to help us celebrate.
