To all denim mills, laundries, garment factories, trim suppliers, and anyone who supplies products to the denim industry. Question: Are you tired of orders being cancelled, reduced at the last minute, or not being paid for because, suddenly, the buyer does not need it or want as much as they originally thought? If any of these problems sound familiar, then the Ethical Denim Council has solutions. We are a resource in cases where fairness is lacking. Reach out to us today and discover how the Ethical Denim Council can be your ally in fostering a more reliable and just business environment and help you with your problems. -------------------------------------------------------------------- The Ethical Denim Council is a non-profit organization established in 2022 to address the power imbalance and unethical purchasing practices in the denim supply chain. Operating on the Eight Ethical Principles, the Council will pass judgment on the ethicality of brands, retailers, and importers' (BRIs) behavior towards suppliers when arbitration is not possible.
