Expeditors in Italy hosted two customer visits at the Genoa Port on September 25th and October 2nd, with a total of ten customers participating across both events. Due to security regulations, attendance was limited. Participants were able to tour the terminal, learn about the port's operational processes, and observe operations from a vantage point. Additionally, the visits provided valuable opportunities for networking between our employees and customers.

On September 25th, 2024, Expeditors in India conducted a Focus Group in Bangalore titled “CUSTOMS – A Transformational Journey”. The focus of the seminar was to provide insights into the transformations that have occurred in Customs in recent years and to suggest best practices that could be implemented to overcome the challenges faced. This event hosted 40 participants from 22 companies across industries. The valuable insights shared during the 3-hour session by Harjinder Singh, Country Manager, Customs and Compliance, were greatly appreciated by all the participants, with a request to conduct more such sessions in the future. The event concluded with a networking lunch.
