Our founding team of serial entrepreneurs and healthcare executives have intentionally spent careers serving underserved people with Serious Mental Illnesses, in partnership with community-based organizations.   • Two of firsthand's team members recently received Frontline Honors Awards from WTWH Healthcare! These awards showcase exemplary character and performance of frontline workers across the care continuum. The winners are Stephanie Isom, NCPS, CRPS-A, CRSS, a Senior firsthand Guide (Peer Recovery Specialist), and Tera Howard, a Senior Health Guide (Nurse Practitioner). These two roles work closely together, along with a benefits specialist, in order to provide comprehensive care to the individuals we serve.
