Previously, Max was a Research Director at the Institute for the Future where he advised organizations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Google, and Nestlé, among many others. He has published numerous articles and book chapters on food systems and he's been invited to speak everywhere from Walmart to the US Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry. Max sits on several boards and studied at both Kenyon College and Oxford University.
