    🤔 Best dialers that integrate into Salesforce ? Who has used any of the below and what would you recommend for most effective number of calls out to potential clients? These are the top ones I'm looking into. Five9 Salesforce Dialer Dialpad RingCentral - have used this but it's been a while. I still have the waiting song imprinted on my brain 😂 Others??     Memoirs From The Dialer - 10/2/2024 - If your company does not enable you with TitanX (formerly Phone Ready Leads®), they're simply not serious about using the phone as a viable outbound channel. I made a long post yesterday about the math of sales for a rep with a 5% connect rate and the hurdles to profitable customer acquisition are simply insurmountable if you're that inefficient. For context, at a 5% connect rate, it would have taken me 540 dials to have 27 pickups - the average rep makes 50 dials a day. Those of you doing the mental math can pick your jaws up off the floor: That is indeed almost 11 days of dialing - over TWO WEEKS - to accomplish the same thing I did just today. Quit playing and hit up Joey Gilkey and Justin Middleton already. - Article coming out on this next Tuesday but once you've gotten your list clean, you NEED to be taking phone deliverability seriously. There's some incredibly bright people in the sales enablement space like Jeff Osness, Chris Sorensen and Aaron Browning working on these problems, but if your number is showing up as "SPAM LIKELY" every time you rip a dial then I promise no matter how clean your list is you're not going to get these types of connect rates. I have a bank of at least 100 numbers I rotate through. My recommendation is FrontSpin for SFDC users and PhoneBurner if your CRM of choice is HubSpot or anything else. - Confirming that you're talking to the right person is an ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL part of your script. You'll notice 19% of my data today was "needs attention", AKA "right name wrong person". 19% is EXACTLY what you would expect for any given phone data set. In addition to being an obvious efficiency leak to patch, the mental benefits alone of nailing this part of your script make it a MUST: The most aggressive hang-ups you get are usually people who get a lot of calls that are totally unrelated to them - absent the additional context that you're literally calling the wrong person, it's easy to go into a mental tailspin about your script, your tonality etc. that becomes self-fulfilling. Save yourself the headache of chasing ghosts - confirm you're talking to who you think you're talking to.
