    Proud to share that Koala has achieved SOC 2 Type II. For the third time! (For those keeping track, we've only been in business for ~2.5 years) After playing "security catchup" at our past few jobs, Tido Carriero, Netto Farah and I wanted to build a rock-solid security posture from day 1. I remember the questions from investors: why are you getting SOC 2 in your first few months as a business? Truthfully, we probably could have waited longer. But we recognized that the security landscape had changed significantly in recent years. Security compliance is now table stakes. We didn't want security EVER blocking a sales cycle, and we wanted our customers to know that we took their customer data very seriously. Huge props to the team for achieving this milestone yet again, and special thanks to Vanta and Johanson Group LLP for helping make this process as smooth as possible.

    Jordan Crosby, a top SDR at Sanity, is all about delivering a world-class experience for his prospects ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In this week's episode of Path to Pipeline, he takes us behind the scenes on how he's using Koala to bring a sense of delight to every interaction. His approach is simple yet powerful: - Meet prospects where they’re at - Engage with them in a format they prefer  - Provide them with fast access to information - And, at the exact moment, they need it It’s the antithesis of the status quo prospect experience we’re all used to today. He took us behind the scenes on an opportunity he opened with a major energy company – that started from seeing 2 prospects deep in exploration on Sanity’s docs. He reached out with an offer to support and caught them at the eerily perfect moment. The company was just about to renew with their existing CMS (at a much higher rate this cycle) and was evaluating Sanity as a potential alternative – they were under pressure to make a quick decision and they needed specific insights fast. Sensing their urgency, Jordan went the extra mile.   Using Koala, he connected what the prospects were exploring with real examples of customers similar to them who had successfully transitioned over to Sanity. By going beyond what was in the public domain, he delivered the information (and peace of mind) that his prospects needed to picture how Sanity could work for them. This is the future of sales.     In our latest Path to Pipeline, Montana Ames, AE @ Oso, took us behind the scenes to share two high-impact plays she's been running to build pipeline! 🚀 Road Trips 🗺️ Montana shared a use-case we had never seen before. She's using the IP geo filters to load up her calendar when she's already heading to a city.
