Last night, to celebrate Organic September, our sustainable supper club series, Good Nights, shone a light on organic food. The event, in partnership with Biona Organic, was held at Britain’s first organic pub, The Duke of Cambridge, and helped educate guests on the benefits of eating organic, its health and nutritional values, sustainability credentials and positive impact on the planet. With impact firmly on the menu guests heard from leading industry names and enjoyed carefully curated organic plant-based dishes, designed to spark conversation. Speakers included: Donata Berger, Noel McDonald & Amy Berger-McDonald, Biona Organic James Rae, Good Company Professor Tim Lang, City, University of London Brendan Costelloe, Soil Association Peter Weeden, The Duke of Cambridge Jordan Leblanc, Passione Vino Renée Elliott, Planet Organic Ltd All leftover food was donated to The Felix Project and re-distributed to families and communities that need it most. #OrganicSeptember #GoodNights #SustainableSupperClub #BionaOrganic
