In an effort to make New York the healthiest city, we worked with our partners NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital to blanket the boroughs with an out-of-home campaign touting the benefits of eating healthy, staying active, sleeping more, staying hydrated and getting screened. Thrilled to announce that our #StayAmazing campaign with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital won an Emmy at the 67th Annual NY Emmy Awards and Creative Arts Ceremonies. The commercial follows a little boy, Jack, born with half a heart who is now a thriving teenage hockey player due to the extraordinary care he received. It continues to be an honor to have the opportunity to bring such incredible stories to life and to continue to raise the bar on creativity together with such an amazing client. This week, I witnessed a powerful example of inclusive leadership. While facilitating a workshop on the benefits of Sponsorship, David Shulman, Global CEO of Havas CX joined as a guest speaker. He shared that during a client meeting, when asked for more diverse representation on the team, he responded, "Why stop there? Shouldn’t we be doing more than hiring diverse talent? How are we supporting their growth and helping them thrive?" Representation, he noted, is only the beginning. This is what true inclusive leadership looks like—championing inclusion in every room. When leaders treat every interaction as an opportunity to inspire change, they create a ripple effect.
