Commonwealth will be occupying 151,700 sq ft for its office operations, with the move planned for Q1 2026. According to Commonwealth’s COO, the new headquarter location “will foster innovation and collaboration across teams.” We are proud to support this initiative with our extensive amenities at 275 Wyman, which include year-round tenant engagement events, state-of-the-art fitness and conference centers, and a full-service 4,000 sq ft cafe.
