    Of all the areas HSC drives impact, none are more exciting than helping our members land jobs. 3 Months ago one of our members Jon Englund posted the Slack below in our Private Slack community. Within one hour a sales leader in our community 🎼 Aaron Hill replied with this: "I’m hiring now and you don’t need to play games. Text me xxx-xxx-2865 and I’ll set up an interview. You could work remote from Washington." One month later Jon was hired. And he is already crushing it. Stories like these are why we love building this community.

    In the last 3 months Will Falkenborg 🌭 has booked 95 meetings with Director+ at mid-market and enterprise accounts. He also restarted 5 stalled deals worth $319k in the pipeline. Frame their problem (or recap their pain) 3. Tell a story through the lens of your platform 4.     3-step framework to nailing your demos. 1. Frame the broader problem Ex) Most sales leaders I work with are really struggling to understand where the risk in their pipeline is 2. Frame their problem Ex) You just told me you are 100% reliant on your CRM to try and sus out risk in deals 3. Tell a story of how your solution can solve this (don't feature dump, make it punchy) Ex) Now with XYZ you will know exactly what is happening in every single one of your deals.
