Organizing the library has been a HUGE undertaking that Ingrid Holt has been managing with our partner manufacturers over the past several weeks. One challenge we faced is what to do with obsolete samples. The landfill was NOT an acceptable solution, so Ingrid researched and found a great nonprofit, Seattle ReCreative, that happily took the materials for arts and crafts projects. #winwin #livingourvalues #reducewaste #avoidlandfills

Special thanks to Deb and Andy who led the team in our Garage Sale. We were able to donate over 350 pieces of furniture to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Habitat for Humanity International, and many of our employees, clients, neighbors and friends. This effort resulted in zero waste to landfill, positive impact to the community, lots of happy faces, and a very tidy Service Center! 😀
