Spotlight: James Seifert, Senior Field Coordinator Meet James, a skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. James started his career providing support in the fabrication shop of a door and hardware company. Through dedication and hard work, he advanced to roles such as welder, installer, electronic door controls/locksmith, and eventually foreman of install crews. James has worked on a diverse range of projects including higher education (keying the locks for the entire UMES Pharmaceutical School!), healthcare and housing projects. What James loves most about the industry is the hands-on work and problem-solving challenges. As a Senior Field Coordinator, he thrives on the variety each day brings and enjoys the unexpected nature of the job. Known for his hard work and intuition, James excels at finding solutions and continuously learning new skills to keep our subcontractors working efficiently. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife Ellen, their dog, Ladybird, and their two cats, Frank and Pickles. In his spare time, James can be found woodworking, welding, and working on his cars and motorcycle in his small shop. She thrives on acting with precision during the pre-construction process. This meticulous attention to every detail early on ensures smooth sailing for our team members, clients, and the project as a whole once construction begins. Despite working remotely, Bridget is committed to collaboration and has seamlessly integrated herself with the InSite BUILD team. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, three kids, and their yellow lab! Bridget can be found on the tennis or pickleball courts or making a craft cocktail. Spotlight: Laurie Faunce Meet Laurie Faunce, our Senior Superintendent who brings vast experience in a diverse variety of projects, including healthcare, entertainment, and institutional buildings. Laurie began his career over four decades ago as a carpenter and, throughout his years in construction, has served as a superintendent, mechanical superintendent, project manager, and beyond. His love for the industry stems from the challenges it presents and the joy of seeing projects come to fruition. Laurie is a true leader on the site, known for his detailed planning, problem-solving skills and dedication to mentoring team members – and his infectious laughter! Outside of work, he and his wife, Patty, are busy working on their farm and taking care of their horses. Laurie also enjoys spending time on his passions for diving, boating, and just about anything involving working with his hands.
