🗓️ A week-old news, but I wanted to take a moment to celebrate something that means a lot to me personally: International Society for Stem Cell Research 🌟 ISSCR 2025 is heading to my hometown, Hong Kong 🇭🇰 !!! 🥂 🥂 🥂 Being based out of Hong Kong while managing expanding territories throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the industry’s growth here in comparison to other regions. Initially fast-paced, the progress in regenerative medicine in Hong Kong slowed down over time 🌆 But now 💡 as ISSCR 2025 descends upon my city, it's evident that Hong Kong is reaching a level playing field in regenerative medicine. This event not only signifies a major milestone for our local scientific community but also highlights the progress we've made in catching up with global advancements in our field 🏋♂️ I am genuinely excited about Hong Kong's presence in the world of regenerative medicine and looking forward to meeting with peers without living out of a suitcase that one week 🧳…. ㊗️ 🪩 Congratulations The University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong Tourism Board, Croucher Foundation See you in Hong Kong! ✈️ #ISSCR2025

It was a genuine pleasure to see so much cutting edge work on the frontier of using stem cells for therapy and drug development in the International Society for Stem Cell Research International Symposium in Copenhagen 2024. The outreach and scope of our own work felt even more meaningful as part of the vibrant international community in the field. Looking forward to the next meeting! #ISSCR #iPSCs #Therapy #BDNF Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IMBB) IFET
