I’m thrilled to share the latest on what we’ve been up to at Multiply Mortgage: mortgages as an employee benefit. Mary Ann Azevedo has a great writeup in TechCrunch: https://lnkd.in/gJYN9z96 At Multiply, we’re creating a new category of financial wellness benefits: discounted mortgage interest rates, expert advisor support, personal financial education – all at zero cost to the employer. There’s no greater driver of employee financial wellness than the largest purchase they’ll ever make. I’m grateful for the support of our amazing investors, including Mamoon Hamid and Kleiner Perkins who led the Series A; Gautam Gupta, Kevin Hartz, Bennett Siegel and the A* team who have been building Multiply with us from Day 0; as well as Gregory R. at BoxGroup, the whole team at Mischief, Gokul Rajaram, Max Mullen, Alex Song, Megan Quinn, Sahil Bloom, Gordon Wintrob, Matt Schulman, John Melas-Kyriazi, Nick Adler, and many more for their unwavering support and guidance. If you’re interested in supporting your employees’ financial wellness and home ownership journey, get in touch!

🚀 Exciting News at Multiply Mortgage! 🚀 Today, we publicly unveiled our newest product that we believe will transform the way employers think about financial wellness benefits: mortgages as an employee benefit 🏠💼 via Mary Ann Azevedo at TechCrunch We’re on a mission to make homeownership more accessible and achievable for everyone. By offering mortgages as part of a comprehensive employee benefits package, we’re helping companies support their teams in securing their dream homes – all while strengthening workplace retention and satisfaction. We’re also thrilled to announce our Series A funding round, led by Mamoon Hamid at Kleiner Perkins with participation from Gautam Gupta and Kevin Hartz (A*) and many other great funds and angel investors. This marks a major milestone in our journey, and we’re grateful for the trust and support from our investors. 🙌 We’re incredibly excited about the future and can’t wait to share more as we continue to grow and innovate. Just wrapped up an incredible panel at HumanX in Las Vegas, where we tackled one of the most exciting (and complex) questions in venture today: What does it take to back an AI startup at its earliest stage? The answer? A mix of conviction, technical depth, and a keen eye for infrastructure expertise. One company I’m particularly excited about is Codeium, the team behind Windsurf (https://windsurf.ai/) — an AI-enabled developer tooling platform that’s redefining the way engineers work. Unlike traditional AI-assisted coding tools, Windsurf operates as an agentic IDE, meaning developers don’t just get autocomplete—they get AI agents that can execute increasingly large tasks across their codebase, making development dramatically more efficient. A huge thank you to the HumanX team for hosting such a thoughtful conversation, and to my fellow panelists Cassie Young (Primary) and Aaref Hilaly (Bain Capital) for sharing their insights. And of course, appreciation to Gené Teare (Crunchbase) for expertly moderating the discussion.

Robots don't need legs to transform industries. Dexterity's Mech, highlighted in a recent article by The Information, showcases exactly this. With two powerful, eight-jointed arms each capable of lifting up to 65 pounds, Mech is performing tasks today that are physically strenuous—or impossible—for human workers. Using Mech, industry leaders are handling fast-moving, high-reaching, heavy-lifting tasks like truck loading, palletizing, and baggage handling across their facilities with one robot form factor. In each task, Mech doesn't just enhance productivity and efficiency—it actively makes work environments safer and more sustainable. This practical, immediate value will unlock a new generation of robots for large enterprises. Full Information article in the comments below 👇 #Robotics #Automation #WorkplaceSafety #Innovation
