The 61,000 square foot parking lot at Winter Park Library and Events Center plays an integral role in treating runoff from the new facility. The design utilizes permeable pavers and has a storage depth of 31 inches for stormwater detention. This solution resulted in a functional, elegant site feature that exceeds the current stormwater treatment requirements in the City of Winter Park.
