Painted Prairie, a master planned community in Aurora, CO, redefines the American Dream by departing from suburban tract development to neo-traditional neighborhood design. Residential nodes are comprised of diverse lot sizes with many alley-loaded homes, which minimized space for front and back yards. To create a strong sense of community, programmed open spaces and activated streetscapes weave throughout the residential nodes and serve as extended yards for recreation and gathering. #LDProjects
