Our Mission
Lark is the leading virtual chronic disease management and prevention platform. Lark helps people stay healthy and in control of their conditions, such as Diabetes, Prediabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, and Anxiety from the comfort of their homes. We pioneered the use of A.I, for better health. We’re on a mission to improve the health and happiness of the 1 billion people globally who are living with or at risk for a chronic health condition.
Our Story
Julia Hu, our Founder, has managed her own chronic disease since childhood. While she struggled with the challenges of her condition, she dreamed of a better, more supportive, more compassionate solution that would improve access to chronic disease management and prevention tools. In 2011, she teamed up with experts from Stanford, Harvard, and MIT to found Lark. Since product launch in 2015, Lark has continued to receive awards and accolades for both our product and our leadership.
Our Programs
Combining the power of data, behavior change science, and smart devices, Lark’s digital platform provides scalable, personalized coaching 24/7 to help people manage or prevent chronic disease. Lark offers programs for diabetes care, diabetes prevention, hypertension care, and behavioral health to address weight loss, activity, stress, and sleep. While for many COVID-19 has meant canceling events or pausing projects, for Lark it means working harder to meet greater demand for remote care.
