  • Join us in congratulating Jennilyn Schuster, LEED AP, IIDA on her promotion to Studio Principal of our Workplace Interiors Studio in the Charlotte office! In this role, she will co-lead the studio alongside Ashley Hall, NCIDQ, LEED AP and Natasha Edwards, AIA, NCARB, forming a powerhouse leadership team dedicated to shaping innovative workplace environments that inspire connection, productivity, and collaboration. With over 15 years of experience, Jennilyn has made a tremendous impact at Little, bringing a collaborative, client-focused approach to every project. Her leadership strengthens our ability to deliver strategic, high-impact design solutions while building even deeper relationships with our clients. This transition is part of a planned leadership evolution, as John Walker shifts from his role as Studio Principal to focus more deeply on project work as a Senior Architect. While he remains a Partner in the firm, this move allows him to lend his expertise in a more hands-on capacity until his retirement at the end of 2026. “Jennilyn is a passionate mentor and connector of people, dedicated to helping teams and clients recognize and develop their strengths, fostering an environment of creativity and growth,” shares Eddie Portis, Workplace Practice Leader. “I look forward to seeing Jennilyn, Ashley, and Natasha continue to drive innovation, excellence, and meaningful workplace solutions within our Workplace Interiors Studio.” We look forward to the ideas, expertise, and leadership Jennilyn, Ashley, and Natasha will bring to our Workplace Interiors Studio and the clients we serve.
