The students, 20 of whom are first generation, announced the colleges they will attend this fall, which included Princeton, NYU, Howard, Wesleyan, Northwestern, Syracuse, Williams, and Smith. ⁠

What differentiates a leader? This year, the universal theme of #AANHPIHeritageMonth is “Advancing Through Leadership,” honoring the innovators, pioneers, and changemakers who have shaped our society and powered economic growth throughout history. Recently, our MOSAIC Asian Professionals Community hosted an AANHPI Leadership Panel to discuss equity in the workforce, breaking barriers around the “bamboo ceiling,” and strategies for professional growth.
