👋 Meet Ruth Lathi, MD, renowned researcher and physician at Stanford Medicine, dedicated to understanding pregnancy loss and helping families conceive. 💙 Dr. Lathi’s groundbreaking work brings hope to families everywhere: 👩⚕️ She focuses on uncovering the causes of miscarriage, helping patients find answers, heal, and try again with confidence. 🧪🔬 💬 On supporting loved ones through loss, Dr. Lathi reminds us: "Everyone grieves differently. Well-meaning words like, ‘this is for the best’ or ‘you can try again’ can be painful. It’s okay to be sad. Validating your friend's feelings and being present is more important than finding ‘the right words.’” 💙 🔍 Dr. Lathi is committed to finding a cure for miscarriage and advancing fertility research. Her work continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible. ✨ Interested in learning more about Dr. Lathi’s research into repeat miscarriage? Follow her HOPE study on Instagram: https://lnkd.in/g_yBmh4g 💜October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. Today, we honor those who have experienced loss and support efforts to provide answers and hope. #PregnancyAndInfantLossAwareness
