The heart of U.S. coal and steel country is leading the way to advanced manufacturing, and we're proud to be part of it. The focus on building next-generation energy technology - including linear generators - also brings great jobs and training. Allegheny Conference on Community Development estimates that every new clean manufacturing job creates 2.6 other jobs. Did you know that green hydrogen has the potential to decarbonize up to 25% of energy-related CO2 emissions globally, according to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)? The State of Texas could play an important role in this as a significant hydrogen supplier, per Julia Jacobo at ABC News. The Lone Star State already has what it takes with: (1) operational hydrogen infrastructure (2) established demand, and (3) ample renewable electricity--esp. wind & solar. Texas also has the largest renewable energy workforce in the country! TX is poised to quickly scale its hydrogen production and lead the nation with diversified, resilient power.
