It seems like nothing good can come from sleep deficiency. 🙅♀️ The more we lose sleep, the more difficult it may become to navigate our personal and professional lives to the best of our abilities, and we may experience increased negative health impacts like stress, anxiousness, and depression. So, when we found out through our recent survey that employees are losing sleep over their financial and health issues at an alarming rate, we knew that we had to raise more awareness around this issue. Here’s what we learned after talking to 1,000 members: 😴 Finances significantly disrupt sleep - 64% are losing sleep due to financial issues once per month or more - 52% are losing sleep due to health reasons once per month or more Even more, for the 52% of members, their health concerns may be exacerbated DUE to their financial issues, and they feel like they can’t get away from their worries! This is where MSA comes in to help. We understand that financial well-being and health are interconnected.
