We loved working with the Copley Wolff team and Building Impact at Gateway park in Everett last week! These awesome volunteers planted trees, spread seeds, and helped lay some irrigation lines that will be important for supporting these young plants on hot days 🌱

A new position, the Climate Engagement Associate will take the lead in building relationships around the impacts of stormwater flooding and other issues residents are facing due to climate change, focused on the upstream Mystic communities. This position will meet residents where they live, whether one-on-one meetings with residents and local leaders or in larger public events. Mystic Lakes Path Update! The Mystic Lakes Path Improvements project aims to provide universally accessible recreation opportunities along, and improve the ecological health of, the Mystic Lakes and their shoreline. The project recently completed its conceptual design process and we're excited to share the final report with findings from site analysis, community visioning, and traffic studies. Yesterday, the Healey administration announced $52.4 million in FY2025 Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness grants. Over $12 million went toward community-designed projects to prevent harm to residents, workers, and resources in Resilient Mystic Collaborative (RMC) cities and towns.
