Do You Know Me? On December 10, 1989, my body was found inside a residence located at 4522 Reiger, Apartment B in Dallas, Texas. I had black hair (8 inches in length) with sideburns and a moustache. I had a one inch healed scar on the front of both thighs and two tattoos: one of a circle in the web of left index finger/thumb area and one of a rose on the back of my left shoulder. I was wearing a string necklace, which is featured in my facial reconstruction. Someone must know me. It has been many years, but I still have friends and family out there wondering what happened. New Guidance for Online Platforms to Help Stop Child Sexual Exploitation Under the REPORT Act, online platforms are now required to report child sex trafficking and online enticement to NCMEC’s CyberTipline.
