Here's what you might have missed ↘️ 🤖 Samsung Electronics 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁 — after introducing their new  AI Subscription Club, a program that lets users rent its latest AI-powered gadgets like phones and robots for a monthly fee, similar to leasing a car. 🚀 𝗧𝗼𝘆𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁, 𝘀𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲? — Toyota Motor Corporation announced at CES 2025 that the company is considering ventures into the rocket industry. Akio Toyoda, chairman of the tech giant showcased a rocket design by Interstellar Technologies, a Japanese company developing small launch vehicles for satellite deployment. 🧪 𝗔𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗲𝘀! — Isomorphic Labs is set to begin trials by the end of the year for drugs developed using artificial intelligence in collaboration with Novartis and Eli Lilly and Company; aiming to discover ways to target diseases like cancer and neurodegeneration. Last Friday in Miami, I met up with a group of founders and colleagues to dive deep into AI... No gurus, no absolute truths—just a room full of people sharing real experiences, wins, and challenges. We talked about what’s actually working, what’s just noise, and how AI is changing the way we work right now. No hype, just hands-on, practical insights. We compared notes on how we, our teams, and our companies are using AI to be faster, smarter, and more efficient. The most common use cases? Content creation and editing, automations, and prototyping. But what really stood out was how AI is unlocking new possibilities—saving time, improving workflows, and even changing how we think about solving problems. How to make every meeting a great one? Start by measuring them. Three key criteria: ⌛ Duration 🗒️ Decisions 🎯 Execution Time is money. The shorter the meeting, the more efficient it is. Set speedy meetings on your calendar, with 20/30 minutes as the standard instead of an hour. The shortest effective meeting always wins. Make it matter. Meetings are often full of talk but light on action. Measure how many decisions were actually made. The meeting that drives more decisions is the one that counts. Accountability wins all. At the end of the day, the real value lies in what gets done. The meeting with the most executed decisions is the true winner. We typically use a simple, custom-made L10 meeting template.
