Our team is honored to be at #ICAST2024, where we've had the opportunity to hear from Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF) President and CEO Dave Chanda about the latest in fishing participation. The RBFF's 2024 Special Report highlights a record 57.7 million Americans who went fishing in 2023, but retaining newcomers is crucial for the future of conservation. Eighty-seven percent of current anglers fished before the age of 12, but participation drops significantly after 18, especially among girls. By fostering a love for fishing early on, we can create lifelong enthusiasts who are passionate about conserving our waterways and natural spaces. Check out the RBFF's Second Catch campaign to see how we can inspire the next generation of fishing enthusiasts: https://okt.to/JpFsaq #FishingParticipation #Conservation #SpecialReport American Sportfishing Association

Many public sector leaders have recognized the advantages of digital solutions and are looking to increase online interactions. Currently, an average of 51% of resident payments are collected online, and agencies are aiming for an average target of 65% online adoption in the next 1-2 years. The good news? Upgrading digital services to be more intuitive and customer-centric will keep users returning to the digital platform (and ultimately help agencies reach their adoption goals). Explore how digital adoption can transform your agency and enhance resident engagement.
