Recently, a commemorative “topping out” beam was installed at International Leadership of Texas’ Arlington Grand Prairie High School. Students, staff, and teams involved in this project were able to sign the beam before it was installed in the gym. There are still several months of construction left but we are grateful to all those involved for their hard work in making Arlington Grand Prairie High School become a reality. We can’t wait to see how this space will foster learning and growth for years to come! #pivotnortharchitecture #milestone #learning #construction #architecture #design

Let’s give a round of applause to Mae, our Interior Design Studio Lead, who was recently awarded the 2024 Leadership Award in the IIDA Northwest Pacific chapter for her outstanding work in the advocacy field! Currently, interior design is not recognized as a regulated profession in the state of Idaho, although it is regulated in 39 out of 50 states in the US. Interior design regulation at the state level helps establish and maintain professional standards that protect the health, safety, and welfare of the general public. As the IIDA Director of Advocacy for Idaho, Mae is helping make significant strides in introducing a bill to help interior designers who have completed the necessary education, experience, and examination to have the option to become "registered" interior designers — similar to registered architects or engineers in Idaho. Efforts to pass legislation for Interior Designers in Idaho will continue throughout the next couple of years, stay tuned for future advancements and updates! We commend Mae for her efforts toward achieving recognition for interior design legislation and are incredibly proud to have her as part of our team!

Introducing Summit Hyperbarics & Wellness at the Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse! The Summit Hyperbarics & Wellness building is a pivotal addition to a thoughtfully designed campus dedicated to fostering community engagement and empowering athletes. This facility serves as a specialized training and gathering space particularly for adaptive athletes, veterans, and their families. The mission of this center is to provide comprehensive support through advanced wellness treatments that enhance recovery processes and promote overall health. The interior design of the building draws inspiration from the seasonal beauty and diverse landscape characteristics of Idaho. By incorporating natural elements into its architecture, the facility not only creates a calming environment conducive to healing, but also pays homage to the surrounding nature. Thank you Freeform for another awesome Charity Bocce Tournament! 👏 Our team, the ‘Roll Models,’ placed second and proudly donated $3,000 to St. Luke's Health System Children's Hospital. It was an honor to play for a very special cause!

Currently in the planning process, this Idaho River Sports concept aims to transform the existing primary building into two to three versatile leasable spaces. A new second story will be added to accommodate Idaho River Sports' retail operations, creating a striking focal point and enhancing visibility from Whitewater Park Blvd with a fresh entry and access design. The three existing support buildings to the south will be removed to make way for a vibrant new courtyard. This area will feature a range of amenities, including a rental shop, a cozy ground-floor corner bar, a second-floor restaurant, and a rooftop bar/patio. The development will also include essential support spaces to complement both the existing and new commercial areas. #BuildingStudy #DesignConcept #PivotNorthArchitecture #Rendering #Sketch #Architecture

We traded spreadsheets and Revit for hiking boots and golf clubs on our 8th annual retreat this year at Tamarack! Lots of laughs were shared through axe-throwing (no one was harmed), discussing our first concerts in a circle, and playing cornhole ‘til dark. Thanks for the memories, team! 🤝 #PivotNorthArchitecture #TeamBuilding #TeamSpirit #Retreat
