Dimuthi is celebrating 3 years at Hummel! 🥳 As one of our talented Architectural Designers, Dimuthi has worked on an array of projects including multiple conceptual and design development projects, giving her the opportunity to hone her design and 3D visual skills. She loves working with wonderful and talented designers at Hummel and one of her favorite projects is the new Treasure Valley Community College Nursing-Allied Health Professions Center. She's been a part of this project from the beginning, and is excited to see it come to life! Outside the office, you'll find Dimuthi immersed in books, crafting, and exploring the great outdoors. She's also loves to watch comedy shows and dreams of visiting every U.S. national park! Her father's timeless advice, "It's not the end of the world," continues to inspire her to work harder, strive for better, and never give up 💛

We can't believe it's been 11 years since the talented Rob Beusan joined our team! As a key leader in our design efforts at Hummel, Rob consistently brings innovative ideas and a detail-oriented eye to every project. With over 75 projects and concept designs under his belt, including 10 built projects, his expertise is invaluable. Rob's ability to distill and convey concepts through various media is a tremendous asset to our firm. Thank you for everything you do, Rob!

Congratulations to Nilu for her two-year milestone at Hummel! 🎉 Over the past two years, Nilu has made significant contributions to projects both big and small. One of her favorite projects is the new Boise State First Year Residence Hall, where she had the incredible experience of being involved from the conceptual phase and now watching it take form. Nilu loves working with her amazing colleagues and appreciates the platform Hummel provides for her to grow in her field. Outside of work, Nilu enjoys hiking, exploring nature, reading, and soaking up time with her family. One of her bucket list goals is to hike to the Mount Everest Base Camp! She draws daily inspiration from Maya Angelou’s quote: "Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud." 🌈

Happy two-year Hummel-versary to our wonderful Office Administrator, Brit! 🌟 We love having Brit on our team. She keeps our office organized and always finds ways to support our staff. Brit's favorite part about Hummel is working with such incredible people. When she's not at work, Brit is busy whipping up new recipes, working on her garden, enjoying the mountains, and spending quality time with her dogs and husband. Celebrating Cooper's two amazing years at Hummel! 👏 Cooper brings creativity and dedication to our team, especially with his engaging visuals and concepts for our marketing efforts. What he loves most about Hummel is the opportunity to work alongside inspiring, driven professionals. Outside of work, Cooper's all about family time, sports (both playing and watching), and soaking up the great outdoors! Fun fact: one of his dreams is to visit outer space 🌌 His favorite quote is from Muhammad Ali - "Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them - a desire, a dream, a vision." 2024 has been a particularly momentous year for Cooper. He and his wife welcomed a new daughter in April and he graduated with his Master's in Architecture the following month. Congratulations on so many exciting milestones, Cooper! 💛
