Another quarter is complete, and we are very happy to have outperformed the industry… again! We continue to see opportunities for growth with both our energy and data center businesses. Every year, our teams participate in the Courage Classic to raise funds for Children's Hospital Colorado. This year, the team has raised more than 2x of our fundraising goal – but they’re still working hard to pull in donations for this worthy cause! And if you thought only our Denver team was getting involved – think again! Just this last week, our New York / New Jersey team embarked on their annual honorary #CourageClassic ride along 10+ miles of the Hudson River. Today, the sun shines on Spain – literally! We are collaborating with ACCIONA Energía to install solar panels on several of our rooftops to harvest 10.5MWp of power, benefitting both our customers and the residents surrounding our facilities.   Keep an eye on Barcelona and Madrid, where the first two installations will be completed! #RenewableEnergy +++ ¡Hoy, el sol brilla sobre España! Our Prologis Nashville team just hit a high note – our largest expansion in the Nashville market! We recently purchased Beckwith Farms, a portfolio consisting of over 1.4 million square feet in Mt. Juliet. Our teams had an incredible time celebrating PRIDE last month, immersing themselves in activities that celebrated the theme, "Our Pride, Our Prologis." An insightful global panel discussion featured #PrologisPrideNetwork (PPN) member stories about embracing their identity at Prologis and beyond. Employees created beautiful works of art and learned about the LGBTQIA+ community. Our Tokyo team even welcomed LGBTQIA+ inclusivity expert Ayumu Horikawa to discuss how to be an ally in the workplace! PPN chose to donate to Free Mom Hugs, which advocates for equality for the LGBTQIA+ community by providing resources, education and support at community events. We are happy to collaborate with the International Living Future Institute (ILFI) to create a blueprint for decarbonizing existing buildings! In 2023, 96% of our eligible new projects achieved (or are in the process of achieving) sustainable building certifications, including ILFI certification. In fact, our Eindhoven DC4 property was the first-ever industrial building to earn ILFI's Zero Carbon certification! Onward and upwards to a more sustainable real estate industry!
