Jon’s promotion reflects his exceptional leadership and legal expertise, as well as his vital contributions since joining QuadMed as Assistant General Counsel in March 2022. Over the last three years, Jon has played an integral role in providing critical research, legal guidance, and contracting support, demonstrating his deep commitment to upholding our mission and values. Jon earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Before joining QuadMed, he served as General Counsel, Risk Management Administrator, and Compliance Officer for Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, Kentucky. Jon brings decades of experience and a strong understanding of health care law, compliance, and risk management to our company. In his role as General Counsel, Jon will continue to provide strategic legal leadership and counsel to support QuadMed’s growth, innovation, and commitment to delivering a better health care experience. Cathy brings over 15 years of expertise in workplace health and safety, including her most recent role as Nurse Manager of Occupational Health & Safe Patient Handling at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She will play a key role in driving the continued growth of our occupational health solutions, ensuring we deliver on our mission of providing a world-class health care experience tailored to the needs of our clients and their employees. Cathy’s impressive career includes leadership roles as Director of Employee Health and Wellness and Manager of Occupational Health for two other Phoenix health systems. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is also a certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist — a testament to her dedication to advancing occupational health care. Today we celebrate our exceptional "co-founders" — QuadMed team members who achieved the significant milestone of 10 years of service with our organization in 2024. This recognition is part of a meaningful tradition rooted in Quad Founders’ Day, a day that embodies our history, values, and commitment to success. Quad Founders’ Day began in 1981, Quad’s 10-year anniversary, when Harry V. Quadracci, founder of Quad and QuadMed, chose January 10 — his birthday — as the date to honor the people who made the company’s success possible. Referring to them as “co-founders,” Harry emphasized his belief that companies are refounded every day by the dedication and efforts of their people. This tradition continues at QuadMed as we celebrate individuals who have spent a decade advancing our mission to deliver a better health care experience for America’s workers and their families. Last week, QuadMed’s CEO Kathryn Quadracci Flores, MD joined an incredible panel of women at City Year Milwaukee’s first-ever Women’s Leadership Breakfast. City Year, a local nonprofit, works to help young people thrive both inside and outside the classroom. This year’s panel, which also included Cecelia Gore, Tina DeGustino, Julia Uihlein, and Francesca Mayca Wegner, shared inspiration and ideas on collective action for community change through the lens of education. Lieutenant Governor Sara Russell Rodriguez shared her insights, emphasizing the importance of women’s leadership in creating positive change within our communities, followed by many meaningful conversations and connections among attendees. Together, we can accomplish great things for our community!

Today we hosted our first-ever Women's Leadership Breakfast, which made for a truly memorable morning of learning, reflection, and connection. We were inspired by an incredible panel of women leaders, including Lauren Feaster, CEO of Professional Dimensions, who moderated the discussion; Dr. Kathryn Quadracci Flores, MD, Cecelia Gore, Tina DeGustino, Julia Uihlein, and Francesca Mayca Wegner.
