We extend our sincerest thanks to Frank Donough and Kelly Hansen and wish them well in retirement.
About us
When we look to the future, we don’t aim to be the biggest general contractor. We aim to be the general contractor that is big enough to handle the needs of any project. The secret to our success is that we do not differentiate between large and small. We believe every client and every project deserves the same level of service and attention to detail. Every project we undertake is critical to our clients and our commitment is to treat them that way. Your project is big enough for us to treat it like it is our most important project. Because it is.

Our friends at Stacy Witbeck (SW) are settling into their new Class A office space. SW builds complex, end-to-end infrastructure that keeps our communities connected. Before construction, their old space was demolished to leave room for this 22k SF two-story unit. Supported by cold-formed structural metal framing and finished with brick veneer, metal paneling and glazing systems, ensuring this building is as beautiful as it is functional. We recently turned over another testament to the beauty potential of tilt-up construction. This 500k SF structure shows well with a three-tone color scheme, subtle textures, thoughtful lighting and an elegantly appointed window design. The windows wrap the entire structure and help to reduce this building's carbon footprint via natural light. This structure sits on 32 acres and is located in growing Grantsville, UT. Congrats to all involved on another successful project delivery. Owner: The Boyer Company Architect: AE Urbia #BIGENOUGH #RandO #tiltup #concretestructure #retail #warehouse #design

As a community-first company, we are elated to see a made-in-the-United States, made-for-Utah (and beyond) company take root in Utah. In addition, Skytrac Inc has already established partnerships with local communities to create hands-on learning opportunities for students. Congratulations on your success.

We kicked off another Smith's Food and Drug Stores to be built in Bluffdale City, Utah. This will be the third Smith's added to the state over the past ~year. Once completed this will be Smith's 57th store in the state. “Smith’s is an exciting, welcomed addition to our growing community,” said Bluffdale Mayor Natalie Hall. This will be Bluffdale’s first grocery store, and our residents are eagerly anticipating its opening next year.” During construction, we will recycle 90% of the project’s non-hazardous waste such as scrap wood, metal, cardboard, concrete brick, and plastic as part of Smith’s Zero Hunger | Zero Waste initiative. This project is being developed by the long-committed efforts of the Woodbury Corporation.
