"Interesting, engaging, and a good pace." NGL, when we were working on our latest masterclass webinar, I was worried about two things: 1️⃣ How can we make content about insight communities fresh and interesting? 🤔 2️⃣ How do we cover everything without going over time? 😬 We failed on the second point (we went waaay over 30 minutes 😅), but based on feedback from attendees, we succeeded with the first. And most people stuck around past the webinar time, so maybe it's not a big deal? Besides clients and prospects sliding into our DMs with compliments, perhaps the biggest sign that the webinar was a success was the questions we got throughout the webinar. Health tech is booming, and Gen Z is leading the charge. That’s one of the standout findings from our free new Digital Health Trends 2024 report, which we released recently! Now in its third year, this study (led by Christine Nguyen, PhD and Dara St. Louis) uses our conversational research approach and the Rival Technologies platform to track shifts in consumer behavior and attitudes around health tech—covering everything from adoption of wearables to emerging trends like GLP-1 interest. In 2024, 66% of consumers said they’re using health-related devices, up from 55% in 2022 and 48% in 2021.
