Congratulations to the winners of the Young Leader Award 2024 edition Didi Gan and Suraj Nandakumar !

We are overjoyed to witness this collaboration between RED CLUB x Cartier ambassador for Japan, Toto Deng, and #CWI23 fellow, Mint Lim. After meeting last year at a Cartier x Tatler Asia event in Singapore, the two connected over their shared belief in the power of education transforming lives. Mint Lim, Founder of the School of Concepts based in Singapore, is determined to give every child equal access to quality education through English learning programs. Toto Deng, Founder of SheisDAO, is driven to eliminate gender disparities with knowledge and information. Together they brought the School of Concepts to Japan for the very first time, with a two-day educational program in May, called "Happy Iku", hosted by LUMINE. They created a joyful learning experience for a group of children in Japan, fostering a supportive and inclusive educational space. Mint and Toto show us the power of collaboration. We are endlessly inspired by the Cartier community and the impact they are making worldwide. #ForcesForGood

Anan Yin, Head of RED CLUB Barcelona Chapter, has been leading Beck Ingredients over the last years, leading the company to remarkable achievements such as the Financial Times by Statista Ranking of 1000 fastest growing companies in Europe. To these achievements, she has recently added a remarkable one: Beck Ingredients will be integrating into Safic-Alcan in 2025, representing a new milestone for Anan and her organization. To get to know more about this big milestone and her future plans, we have had a conversation with Anan about what Beck is and how they have evolved until now.

The Young Leader Award (YLA) is undergoing its selection process and, while we wait to know who the finalists of this years’ edition will be, we are thrilled to share more about the two YLA 2024 university partners, NUS Business School, and The University of Sydney Business School. Both universities will co-design, together with the RED CLUB x Cartier networks, the mentorship programme for the winner of the Young Leader Award.   We have been in conversation with Professor Andrew Delios, from NUS, and Professor Suresh Cuganesan and Fiona O'Sullivan, from USYD, to get to know more about their motivation to join this program, the relationship of their institution with entrepreneurship, and how they will prepare the fellowship for the winner. 👇
