    At this year's #SemiconTaiwan event, the technologies and solutions that are allowing #SamsungMemory to overcome challenges around memory in the era of #AI were introduced in a keynote delivered by Jung-Bae Lee, Corporate President and Head of Memory Business at #SamsungSemiconductor. Another highlight was the fireside chat held alongside relevant industry leaders in which opportunities and challenges of the expanding AI market were discussed. He emphasized the importance of collaboration across companies to address privacy concerns and global challenges such as climate change, a message that deeply resonated with the panelists.

    Here in Korea, September 6th is National Resource Circulation Day, which is a perfect time for us to reflect upon #SamsungSemiconductor's closed loop waste management system. As part of this process, IC (Integrated Circuit) Trays used in the semiconductor manufacturing process are shipped to a recycling vendor after they have been discarded. These trays are shredded into flakes, which are then molded into pellets, which are used to manufacture new IC trays, starting the process all over again through #TechnologyThatMakesTechnologySustainable.     Last week during the Advanced Semiconductor Packaging and Chiplet Show (ASPS) held in Suwon Convention Center, #SamsungSemiconductor showcased our latest #packaging solutions and ESG efforts.     At this year's Siemens EDA Forum held in Seoul, Sungjae Lee, VP and head of the PDK Development Team at #SamsungFoundry, shared insights into the rapidly increasing need for data processing capacity in the era of AI. The latest updates from Samsung Foundry were shared, including: 1) The latest SF2, SF3 process features and roadmaps, 2) DTCO and Multi-Die Integration (MDI) for PPA optimization, and 3) The latest PDK features required for designing and improving the performance of AI semiconductors Samsung Foundry also participated as a booth exhibitor, providing an opportunity for various industry stakeholders and partners to network and communicate.
