🌟 Fellow's school board procedure is APPROVED! 🌟 During their Climate Corps Fellowship, Ollie Kaulfus wrote a procedure to establish enforceable energy conservation, education, and management policy for Edmonds School District in Washington...now approved as the OFFICIAL procedure! "We had very minimal and enforceable policy about conservation before, so this is a big thing for my team." Kaulfus said. "I am very proud of having written this procedure and can now work on enacting the changes we've been planning to improve energy efficiency across Edmonds School District!" 🏫 See Edmonds School District board procedure: https://ow.ly/arug50SY3yL #ClimateCorps #seisustainability

WE DID IT! 🌟 Team SEI biked over 250 miles through Sonoma County during last weekend's Climate Ride! After an exciting ride (and a few flat tires💪), we celebrated at Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates and listened to speeches from inspiring climate leaders. Thanks to your ongoing support, Team SEI has raised $3,612 to advance our mission to accelerate climate solutions – and there's still time to support us! 🚲 🌎 Help make every mile count: https://ow.ly/V6ZP50T2n36

A wonderful highlight of Alexis Fineman! As Associate Director, Alexis has transformed SEI's Energize Schools department to increase program impacts and advance our approach to climate education. We're inspired to see her work as San Anselmo Councilmember and MCE Board Director! #climateleader
Meet Alexis Fineman, San Anselmo Councilmember and MCE Board Director! “I'm proud to represent San Anselmo as a leader in the clean energy transition! When our communities have a seat at the table, everyone benefits.” Since joining MCE, San Anselmo residents and businesses have received more than $30,000 in energy efficiency rebates to save money and energy. Among many other efforts, Councilmember Fineman championed the Town’s climate action plan and leads environmental education at SEI. Fun fact: she is also certified in permaculture design! As Marin County's youngest councilmember, she is passionate about leading our communities to a greener future. Thank you for your vision and service to our community, Councilmember Fineman!
