The Starlinks provide reliable, high-speed internet service, even in remote areas or when traditional communication systems are disrupted. This isn’t the first or last delivery organized by Congressman Mills. Immediately after the storm, a semi-truck of water, canned goods, toilet paper, diapers and other sanitary products was delivered, alongside 10 6,500W generators. These donations highlight the incredible support Seminole County has received from its community and partners, ensuring that critical resources continue to reach those in need during the recovery process. During the delivery and tour of the Emergency Operations Center, Emergency Management Director Alan Harris was presented with a Certificate of Congressional Recognition by Congressman Mills. The award recognized Harris for his outstanding dedication and leadership to the community during the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton.
