B2B Problemotional Video Ad Production - Ad creative that markets the problem you solve in an emotional way (humor) to be the brand remembered by the 95% | Marketing Director @ BCA

HockeyStack ran a report on the State of Gifting. There are 4 positive outcomes in marketing and sales from strategic gifting... 👉 Outbound gifting boosts meeting rates +3.08x. 👉 Outbound gifting increases win rates +1.84x. 👉 Gifting campaigns reduce the cost of MQLs by -43% 👉 Gifting campaign SQLs result in larger deals that close 29% faster. 👉 In currently open deals, gifting after the first call leads to a massive improvement in second call rates +6.31x. I interviewed the Co-CEO of Sendoso, Kris Rudeegraap, to break down how personalized gifting in B2B marketing and sales produces these results. If you're not running any gifting campaigns, we did an episode on: - what is strategic gifting - why do it - how to do it Episode link in comments.

First impressions matter—but so do the second, third, and fourth. Building real relationships takes more than a single touch. One of Kris Rudeegraap’s favorite parts of meeting with our customers is hearing how they’re using Sendoso to creatively scale relationships - not just in quantity, but in quality. Because people matter, and the best tech should help deepen those connections. Kris recently had a great conversation with Juan Felipe Campos for the GrowthMasters community, where they shared lessons learned while building Sendoso: $150M raised, 200+ team members, and 800+ customers (shoutout to Meta, Lenovo, and Masterclass, to name a few!). If you’re in the B2B space and want to learn more about scaling up, check out the free GrowthMasters community: https://lnkd.in/geyx9RUn

Sendoso - Head of Sender Relations | 👑 Gifting Queen 🧡 | Top 100 Female B2B SaaS Pipeline Pioneers | Top 100 Powerful Women in Sales Award Winner | Next50 Creator | Community Mentor | Mom

When I first started as an SDR at Sendoso in 2021, I had to figure out what actually worked – the messages that resonated, the gifts that got people’s attention, and how to use them to 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 the right to even ask for a meeting. Now, one of the best parts of my job is passing that knowledge along. I love sitting down with SDR and AE teams to show them how gifting (when done the right way) can change the game. Messages like this one from Ali at Openprise MAKE. MY. DAY. 🙌 He just had his best quarter ever – hit 135% of quota – and only spent half of what he used to when they were using a competitor. 👏 There’s a way to leverage gifting that 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 works, that gets results, and that builds real relationships. And that’s what we’re enabling our customers to do here at Sendoso. If you’re curious about what that approach looks like, I’m more than happy to share what I’ve learned. Drop a question below or DM me anytime. Wingardium Sendosa 🪄✨ 🎁

SVP Marketing at Sendoso | Former Sourcegraph, early Fastly (took them public), and Roku

For my birthday this year, we surpassed both Q3 sales qualified pipeline and revenue goals. 🎁✨ It was a record-breaking quarter across the board at Sendoso (couldn’t be prouder of our collective GTM team) and we’re headed into the holiday season with huge momentum. 💥 How’d we do it? I could tell you that events, organic search, direct traffic and outbound drove the lion’s share of our pipeline/revenue this quarter, but that’s only part of the story. We didn’t pull a lever to make near-term magic. We didn’t suddenly “capture” all of this demand. Good marketing is a constant balance between short and long-term thinking. With a small team and aggressive goals, we take extra care with that balance so we’re not consistently stuck in short term reactive mode. As my friend Liam Moroney has said: “Much of the reason we win or lose a deal happened long before there was a pipeline moment.” We’ve spent the last year investing in the ecosystem that helps put us in the day-one consideration set, keep us top of mind and make it easy + pleasant to hand raise and buy when potential customers are in-market. It’s not about one tactic or channel; we’re curating a symphony of thoughtful touchpoints that work in concert. That means BRAND. 🧡 That means powerful product innovation. That means useful content creation and SEO. That means getting to the point and cutting unnecessary steps on our website. That means choosing partners who align with our brand values, collaborating to give back to and nurture our community, and expecting nothing in return. Most importantly, we prioritize quality, delight, and strong holistic storytelling. The care we put into everything (gifting, event sponsorships, ads, emails, webinars, SEO, even cold calls) dictates the value we get back from it. Proud of our team 🎁 Katie Penner Austin Sandmeyer 🔥🎁 Mary Matton 🎁 Marisa Johnson 🎁 Adrien Pearson …and very pleased to share that this approach is not only rewarding and joyful, but driving record-breaking growth for the business. 💫 Marketers don’t always get the time and support to do our best work — but when we do, we can make an immense impact.

Just wanted everyone to know that Valerie is thriving. On this Fun Shirt Friday, here are 3 reasons why a snake plant from Sendoso is an awesome gift to send to a client who is the Plant Mom type. 1. They are low maintenance - This one in particular is self-watering! You only have to fill it up every 30 days. - They aren’t too picky about sunlight so they can survive in an office environment. 2. They are air purifiers - Snake plants remove toxins from the air making it a thoughtful gift for a healthy environment. 3. They are a symbol of positivity - In some cultures, snake plants are believed to bring good luck & positive energy, symbolizing strength & resilience. Also, these babies just don’t die! So every time your client or prospect looks at it, they’ll remember you! Thanks again for the sweet gift, Junior Lartey 🎁 Valerie and I will be representing for years to come! PS - Don’t forget that Friday is Block Party day! LIAM & I will be there at Noon EST!

One of my favorite kinds of marketing is timely marketing. And thoughtful, well executed marketing. And creative, engaging marketing. Sendoso nailed it with this Halloween campaign with all 3. In fact, Sendoso has some of the best marketing out of any B2B SaaS company out there. Shoutout to 🎁 Katie Penner for sending this our way. Happy Halloween! 💀🎃👻
