    One of my biggest goals with Cache Studio is to ease the stress for founders of getting their product into the right hands. "Cache" is the French word for hidden, and CAC stands for customer acquisition cost. We believe your customers are out there, waiting to be uncovered within existing communities. Influencers and industry events can be pricey, (and I know my other marketing connections know... you're sometimes quoted more than you make in a year for just one post...) I saw firsthand the power of community during my time putting events together at Snaxshot, and have seen time and time again how important it has been for each of my clients. Building a strong community is vital, and in-person experiences and partnerships are key alongside online strategies. Direct communication with your audience is often neglected, but crucial. In summary, community and influencer strategy should go hand in hand with a brand-specific approach. Cache is here to find your community. :)

    🚨 GenZ doesn’t care for tradition 🚨 What is tradition to a generation that has been born with access to everything all at once? 🛒 GenZ is known to have the lowest of brand loyalty when compared against older generations, so it’s no surprise to see them reject what feels conventional, and treat ingredients in the same way they’ve broken the fashion industry into “core cores” —whether its for the clickbait or the actual allure of unconventional flavor pairings, GenZ founders are reimagining classic pantry staples. Gochujang arrabbiata? 🌶️ Sorry Nonna is capitalizing on the rise of gochujang and other Korean-Italian viral hits like Buldak’s carbonara ramen sensation! Yearning as a flavor 🍋 Sauz is probably the most successful example of this new wave of GenZ groceries their “Summer Lemon” and “Hot Honey Marinara” flavors captivating the interesting of mainstream retailers like HEB and Whole Foods While “hot honey” has risen alongside the success of Mike's Hot Honey and Zab's adjacent to “hot sauce”—seeing it on a classic like Mariana is genius play Not to mention the way they adopt from BigFood tactics creating their own “yearning flavors” like “summer lemon” which isn’t really a kind of lemon instead aspirational play Just a hint of familiar 🥒 And lastly, good girl snacks has brought the ever growing popularity of harissa into an American staple like your classic pickle Every drop has sold out and their early successes both in brand awareness and taste have allowed them to partner with more established emerging brands like Fishwife and coveted trendy grocers like Pop Up Grocer and Happier Grocery 👀

    Should Mars be allowed to buy Kellanova? 🚨👀‼️ The Wall Street Journal reported Mars is in late stage talks of buying Kellanova including “Crown Jewels” like Pringles, CheezeIts and Pop Tarts each one worth $1B as a stand alone brand The deal is being valued between $22-30B But isn’t the food system consolidated enough? What are the implications of a CONFECTIONERY corp getting into SNACKS? Mars has been trying to draw a health halo buy purchasing brands like KIND (IMO also candy) Trü Frü and Kevin's Natural Foods … SnaxDaddies with big pockets will continue to dominate what is available to you at grocery stores —it isn’t even shocking at this point considering Lunchables has been made an acceptable school lunch WHAT DO WE THINK 🤔
