A Friday thought: We’re beginning to see some headwinds in the VBC industry ripple through our payer partners, which presents challenges across our ecosystem. Cost pressures are very real, but I wholeheartedly believe that now, more than ever, is the right time to double down on investments that yield true ROI. While embarking on large VBC and Quality initiatives can feel daunting, we must acknowledge that failing to act will likely result in mediocre performance and profitability over the long term. Agree?
