“Story Health: It’s NOT an app.”
That’s not our new tagline, though maybe it should be! At #AAHFN2024 last week, the first question many booth visitors asked was “So, are you an app?”
One of our guiding principles as an organization is to make our programs as accessible as possible. Regardless of where patients live, how savvy they are with technology, or their socioeconomic status - just to name a few - we prioritize ease of use in the patient experience to help improve access.
That’s why we do NOT have an app, and the biometric devices we use connect automagically (marketing term, not a tech term). We can’t help patients manage their health if they can’t or won’t engage with the program.
So far, it seems to be working. Check out some data recently published by our partner ChristianaCare demonstrating improved outcomes for Black patients. https://lnkd.in/e7iBTyaM
This is just one example of how we are transforming specialty care delivery.
