Structura Inc. is thrilled to announce the successful completion of CCRM Fertility Austin’s new 16,240 SF state-of-the-art fertility center in the Uplands Corporate Center on Southwest Parkway! This innovative space represents hope and new beginnings for families seeking comprehensive Embryology and Andrology services, including In Vitro Fertilization and Intrauterine Insemination. The center features an 8,555 SF office-based IVF suite equipped with patient consultation services, ultrasound, and exam rooms, as well as advanced embryology and cryopreservation laboratories. Additionally, the state-licensed ambulatory surgery center spans 7,767 SF and includes an operating room for egg retrieval and embryo transfer, along with a 4-bed patient care suite designed for comfort and care. We are immensely proud to have collaborated with an outstanding project team, including Owner CCRM Fertility, Architect Perkins&Will, Structural and Civil Engineer Stantec, and MEP Engineer Wylie Engineering. Last week, I had the opportunity to attend ULI Austin’s annual Impact Awards, which recognize and celebrate projects and people across Greater Austin that embody ULI’s mission: shaping the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide. Structura Inc. proudly completed the 1515 E Cesar Chavez ground-up office building, featuring three levels of below-grade parking in East Austin last year, with the help of our amazing project team: Lost Herd Enterprise, Pennybacker Capital, Chioco Design, Urban Foundry Architecture, dwg., Architectural Engineers Collaborative, LOC Consultants, Civil Division, Inc., and Aptus Design Group. In celebration of last week's National Intern Day, we want to spotlight the incredible talent and dedication of our interns at Structura Inc.. We're fortunate to recruit top talent from numerous Texas Universities and host internships year-round. However, every once in a while, we discover a truly exceptional candidate like Reece Lee, straight out of high school. Reece has been an intern at Structura for two years, starting in the office under a Project Manager while attending college full-time. Since then, his passion for the field has grown tremendously, and he has worked on numerous projects under seasoned Superintendents, honing his construction knowledge.
