Partnering with Guidon Real Estate Project Solutions and Perkins&Will Architecture, we transformed this 400,000SF, 13-story building into a cutting-edge workspace. Special features include a full-service coffee bar, café, 10 corporate office floors, a 2,500SF urgent care facility, with a new skybridge connecting the 418,000SF parking structure to the office building. Meet Pablo Lopez-Castillo, our Project Executive, leading a $500 million project in #GarlandTX for a global technology firm. Pablo oversees a team of 30 professionals, constructing two state-of-the-art data centers, each with a 36MW capacity and over 360,00sf of combined white space. His dedication and coordination with vendors and subcontractors have been pivotal in commissioning three data halls simultaneously. #STOMissionCritical #DataCenter

We just wrapped up the Fort Worth #MediaBroadcasting project and are thrilled to announce its successful completion! This comprehensive 188,000SF #interiorfitout for Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), a global Christian-based #broadcast TV network in #FortWorthTX, features six advanced studios, a structural mezzanine, and a new satellite yard. Our dedicated team has created #amazingspaces that will be home to some of the most iconic TV personalities, making this one of our most distinctive projects yet. Thank you, Crossroads Community Services, for giving us the opportunity to serve the community! Despite our busy schedules, our marketing team dedicated a rewarding day to help families receive groceries through Crossroads' innovative shopping program, which matches families' needs with nutritious food items available in the pantry. We took pride in assisting families with locating their healthy groceries, checking them out, and transporting them to their vehicles. After a fulfilling day of volunteering, we took some time to reflect on the impact of our efforts and engage in a team-building session. We just wrapped up not one, but two fit-outs for our partners at Raymond James, and we couldn’t be prouder of the results! The first is a stunning 12,700SF interior fit-out in #FortWorthTX, featuring four conference rooms, a podcast studio, a pantry, and a coffee bar. The acoustically treated podcast room is a highlight! We’re thrilled to have completed this project 3-4 weeks ahead of schedule, thanks to our seamless scheduling and efficient management. The reception area is flooded with natural light, featuring glass partitions and open office spaces. We also completed a 10,000SF space in #SouthlakeTX, featuring private offices, conference rooms, a cozy kitchenette, and a lobby with high-end finishes. Located above a prestigious retail center, it highlights our team's exceptional coordination.
