Sunwealth is proud to have supported BXP, Inc. with a 1.4 MW rooftop and canopy solar + storage project at 140 Kendrick Street in Needham. As Massachusetts's first zero net energy office repositioning, the building recently received a Sustainable Impact Award from Nareit. The solar project generates enough electricity to offset the building’s annual consumption. As a low-income community solar project, it also provides savings to low-income households and nonprofit housing organizations. Additionally, energy storage supports grid resiliency through participation in the ISO-NE Forward Capacity Market and Massachusetts Clean Peak Standard.   Congratulations to BXP on the recognition of their leadership and success in achieving solutions for the urban built environment! #ImpactInvesting #SolarEnergy #NetZero

We’re excited to share that Sunwealth has closed $5 million in solar debt facilities with Inclusive Prosperity Capital. This partnership will fund 18 impactful solar projects across the country, totaling 3.5 MW. These projects are projected to generate $11.4 million in energy savings, create over 120 solar job years, and offset more than 85,000 metric tons of carbon emissions over their operational lifetimes.
