We’re thrilled to announce the successful Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for the UCSF Peninsula Outpatient Center! Swinerton proudly provided general contracting services for renovating 52,300 square feet within this state-of-the-art medical office building. The new facility is designed to enhance patient care with an ambulatory surgery center, advanced imaging services including CT and MRI, and a dedicated infusion center featuring 16 infusion chairs and private rooms. Our team worked diligently to upgrade the building’s infrastructure, ensuring a fully functional and efficient environment for medical staff and patients. From our meticulous preconstruction strategy to our ongoing value engineering, every step was aimed at delivering a top-notch facility. With the procurement of skilled trade partners and our in-house expertise in framing, drywall, and more, we’re proud to have brought this vital project to life.
