The Bar Association of San Francisco reposted this
Fall is in the air! With fall, comes Homecoming (HoCo for short), so it's time for some fun, like a high school football game on Friday and a dance on Saturday. These days, when kids ask someone to go to HoCo, they write up a funny tagline on poster board and then film the proposals. I'm not going that far, but on that note, why should the kids have all the fun? To all in-house counsel folks, here's my HoCo proposal Subject: This is your summons… to the The Bar Association of San Francisco's In-House HoCo Mixer on Wednesday, October 16 from 5 to 7 pm Consider this your official notice: You are hereby commanded to appear at International Smoke, SF! 🕵️♂️ Failure to accept this offer may result in serious consequences, such as: * Missing out on seeing friends or making new friends 🎉 * Having excellent food and drinks * Listening to my dad jokes So what do you say? Let’s make this the most fun HoCo yet! You in? I promise not to object to any conversation topic you want to cover. See you there!
