This group is open to current clients, and parents/caregivers of current clients who are youth and is billed through insurance. Group sessions are free and require enrollment in the DMH Flex program. All intake and 1:1 sessions will be billed to insurance or at the self-pay rate.

What do you want to carry forward from your childhood? What do you want to leave behind? Come talk with others thinking through the same questions.
