The intersection of professional development and spiritual growth
About us
The Catholic Professional (TCP) is a global network, with a focus on leadership, finances, innovation, board service, and professional development—as well as—interior life, virtue, and sanctification of work. Like our parent organization, Tepeyac Leadership, Inc. (TLI), we live at the intersection of professional development and spiritual growth. Tepeyac Leadership Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to civic leadership development for lay Catholic professionals. We focus on creating value for Catholic professionals in the early to mid-stages of their career as they navigate the turbulent waters of the career world. Our goal is to help you achieve professional success, while living a sacramental and Christ-centered life, maintaining balance between your career and everything else. What good is success if it does not bring about personal fulfillment? TCP seeks to bring purpose back to your career. You have a mission, and God wants you to discover it. TCP wants to facilitate that process, and get you started in a new path to greatness. As a Catholic publication, we are faithful to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church and at the service of Our Lord Jesus Christ. No nonsense, promised! Tepeyac Leadership, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Catholic nonprofit organization listed in The Official Catholic Directory with canonical status of private juridic person. “Look Your Best, Do your Best, Be Your Best” is a favorite quote of mine from the late Dr. Charles Stanley. While we may actively choose to strive to do our best, if we don’t look our best, then the link to effectively communicating self-confidence is still missing. Alternatively, we may be overly concentrated on how we look, and be lacking in the area of ‘doing’ the right things (serving others). https://lnkd.in/geaG3USe

“Our Lady continues to call the laity with tender affection, speaking to your heart as your Mother, just as she spoke to Juan Diego. How did the great cathedrals get built? How did the great universities and hospitals get funding? How did pagan empires become Christian? There were many contributing factors, but the conversion and support of the ‘elite and privileged’ and the development of true leaders cannot be ignored. "Bring the Lumen to the Gentes..." I loved Bishop Robert Barron's speech at the National Eucharistic Congress! I couldn't help but to see in it a reaffirmation of the mission of Tepeyac Leadership. It is no coincidence the theme of our THL2024 conference this year is Lumen Gentium. What if... we could start a revolution of well-formed, faithful and committed lay Catholics, ready to go out and sanctify education, healthcare, business, entertainment, government, and every other area in society? #THL2024 God bless all the attendees of the NEC. Let's now go out and "set the world on fire" WATCH SPEECH: https://lnkd.in/dB-ryEaJ
