“The function of leadership isn't to create followers, it's to create more leaders.” Landscaping often involves a lot of professional problem solving: when we find something unexpected on a jobsite, a piece of equipment breaks down midday, or a client calls us with an issue they'd like our help solving. 🔗 On our recent Great Idea, I shared what I’ve learned over the years: https://lnkd.in/en57sF6h – Marty

Our team was at SIMA's Snow & Ice Symposium in Pittsburgh, PA last week to meet fellow snow and ice professionals, teach a couple of sessions, and learn best practices that can improve Grunder Landscaping Co. While we were there, I taught a session about prospecting and qualifying leads for snow removal services. Yes, it's June, but smart companies know that you should be working NOW to get the snow contracts you need this winter. 🔗 Read the full blog where I gave away one of our secrets in prospecting: https://lnkd.in/em5bFwqA You can also come see us at our Grunder Landscaping Co. Field Trips in Dayton, Ohio this August 7-8, 2024 to meet one of our operations snow managers, learn directly from our sales team, and see how our facility is laid out for optimal efficiency (for both landscaping and snow removal!). I know if you join us we can help you and your team move forward. – Marty
